Hello, my name is Mignon (Minnie) and I’m the proud owner of Gimme Moore Catering and Events.

I was always the resident baker, treat maker and sandwich lady, so starting this business was no surprise to most.

Born and raised in NOLA, self taught, home-baker, treat maker and caterer is who I am.

Thinking back on the 16 years I spent with my grandma, watching her bake, cook, making everyone around us happy, until she was physically unable to, were the best 16 years of my life. My drive, My Will comes from her, daily.
